Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Stock unavailability

• Incorrect address

• Suspicious activity

Shipping & Delivery

• Order processing time: 2 working days

• Delivery time: 4–5 working days

• Shipping charge: ₹80 across India

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2000 in India

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Order cancellation is allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order

• No returns, refunds, or cancellations after that

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos

Limitation of Liability

PraanVeda is not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse
